Exchanges Returns
The right of withdrawal in favor of the Consumer does not apply to contracts concerning items which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned.
The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Companies that purchase with an invoice using a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal as the purchase of the product is part of their professional activity, and the withdrawal legislation applies only to Consumers.
Below are the instructions for exercising the right of withdrawal for Consumers as well as the consequences of the withdrawal itself.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Legislative Decree. 21/2014.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item (in the case of multiple deliveries, from the date of the last partial delivery) by communication with an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract in one of the following ways :

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS
Items must be returned:
- in their entirety: it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, detachable parts, etc...);
- correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or dirty) and equipped with all its accessories, instructions for use and documentation; to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box; In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided; any deficiencies in the packaging or signs of use on the goods, the relevance of which is left to the discretionary evaluation of Colombo Distribuzione srl (for example removal of seals or protections placed by the manufacturing companies) will be relevant for the purpose of the assessment of the decrease in value of the goods, resulting in a reduction in the amount credited back to the customer.
- equipped with the transport document (present on the original packaging), so as to allow Colombo Distribuzione srl to identify the customer (order number, name, surname and address);
- without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item. That is, they must not bear traces of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a state that they cannot be resold. Consequently, used products that show signs of damage or dirt and which therefore can no longer be considered intact will not be accepted.
- the discrepancy between the image accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product and what was received by the customer, in relation to accessory elements such as colour, size or other, is not a valid reason for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Unless Colombo Distribuzione srl has offered to collect the goods itself, the consumer returns the goods or delivers them to Colombo Distribuzione srl or to a third party authorized by Colombo Distribuzione srl to receive the goods, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he communicated to Colombo Distribuzione srl his decision to withdraw from the contract.
The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.
The consumer only bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The costs and risks associated with returning the item are entirely borne by the customer. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Colombo Distribuzione srl will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain compensation. reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured), in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
The consumer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the returned item does not comply with the provisions of this paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective and the product will be made available to the customer for its return.
Refund of sums paid by the customer
If the Consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions listed above and the articles. 52 ff. Legislative Decree 21/2014, the amount paid by the Consumer for the purchase of the items subject to the withdrawal will be fully refunded.
Excluding shipping costs and any additional costs, if the consumer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of delivery offered.
The refund of the price paid by the consumer will be made by Colombo Distribuzione srl within 14 days from the date of receipt by Colombo Distribuzione srl of the communication to exercise the withdrawal, upon communication by the customer of the bank details for the re-credit or other equivalent methods (credit card indication) for refunding the same price.
Unless Colombo Distribuzione srl has offered to collect the goods itself, it may withhold the refund until it has received the goods.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the package and/or packaging are damaged, Colombo Distribuzione srl will deduct a percentage from the refund due, corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods and as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
For purchases with credit card
The amount of the returned items will be automatically credited to the account corresponding to the card used. The timing of crediting your account may vary from one bank to another.
For purchases with Paypal
The amount of returned items will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase. The crediting time to your Paypal account is immediate.
For purchases by bank transfer
The amount of the returned items will be credited back to the current account used for the purchase. The timeframe for crediting your account may vary from one bank to another.
For purchases with cash on delivery
The amount of the returned items will be credited back to the current account that the customer indicates to us. The timeframe for crediting your account may vary from one bank to another.
