Shipping cost


Shipping costs are paid by the Customer and the system automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the order amount.
For orders on the site  www.colombodistribuzionesrl.it shipping costs are €9.95 (VAT included).
Shipping costs are free for all orders over €150.00 (VAT included).

C olombodistribuzionesrl.it delivers throughout Italy, with the exception of smaller islands, disadvantaged areas and free zones.

The Courier does not allow delivery to PO Boxes and Poste Respite, therefore orders with a delivery address to which C olombodistribuzionesrl.it cannot ship (PO Boxes and Poste Respite) will be automatically cancelled.
For all delivered products, Colombo Distribuzione srl issues the transport document with the data provided by the Customer, which can be found inside the packages that make up the order shipment, or inside an adhesive envelope applied to the product packaging.

Courier


C olombodistribuzionesrl.it delivers throughout Italy using all the express couriers operating in the territory, such as BRT, GLS, SDA, TNT and various national couriers. Given the high traffic, the rates applied are very competitive, but the customer can choose to collect the material at the point of sale on their own or entrust it to their trusted courier.

Shipping time


As soon as the Courier takes charge of your order, you will receive an email that will notify you of the shipment. Inside the email you will also find the references to the tracking number to be able to conveniently follow your shipment on the courier's website.
All shipments are standard and are usually delivered within 5 working days. Working days are Monday through Friday. No shipments are made on public holidays.
For the regions of Southern Italy, Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands and remote areas, delivery may take an additional day.
The average processing time of your order depends on various parameters: payment method chosen, geographical delivery area, availability of goods, correctness of the specified shipping address.
If you choose to purchase by Credit Card or PayPal or cash on delivery your goods before 10.30 am will most likely be shipped the same day you placed your order.
In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer: the products are entrusted to the Courier after receiving the payment on the bank account (on average 3/5 Working Days after the payment has been arranged by the Customer).

The above times are considered for regular shipments. C olombodistribuzionesrl.it does not assume responsibility for any shipments that do not respect the indicated times in case of delivery delays by the Supplier or the Forwarder, delivery delays due to transport strikes or due to force majeure.

Delivery of goods


Deliveries are made on weekdays, from Monday to Friday during office hours and it is not possible to arrange deliveries by appointment.
It is possible to request telephone notice and Saturday delivery
after contacting customer service before ordering to verify additional costs.
All shipping costs indicated on the website www.colombodistribuzionesrl.it are intended for the ground floor (deliveries to floors are not made).


In the event of the recipient's absence at the time of delivery, the Courier leaves a notice of passage (slip inside the mailbox or sticker on the doorbell). The Customer must therefore promptly contact the Courier's office to request a further delivery attempt. If the package remains in storage at the Courier's warehouses without being delivered to the recipient, after 2 notices it will return to the Colombo Distribuzione srl warehouses with consequent cancellation of the order and with costs charged to the Customer.
Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or altered, including the sealing tapes and materials.


If the box and/or its sealing seals show signs of:
- break
- crushing
- opening
- humidity
- tampering
- other visible defects of the external packaging

and/or in the event of a discrepancy in the number of packages or the indications, the Customer must immediately contest the delivery to the Courier and must write the defect/anomaly found on the delivery document (for example: “broken box”, “crushed box”, “open box”, “wet box”, “tampered seals”, etc.) and sign the Courier's document with reservation .
In this case, the Customer must also promptly inform the Customer Service of C olombodistribuzionesrl.it via email at the following email address: info@colombodistribuzionesrl.it so that the latter can carry out the appropriate checks and prepare any logistical changes.
Once the courier's document has been signed without reservation, the Customer will not be able to raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported to Customer Service immediately and in any case within 10 days of delivery of the goods.

Lost package


If you do not receive the goods within 5 working days from the shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service by sending an email to info@colombodistribuzionesrl.it or by calling 02 6129 4385.

Non-delivery due to incorrect address


In the event that the shipped goods are returned to the sender due to “incorrect address” due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer, C olombodistribuzionesrl.it will resend the goods to the Customer only after the Customer has paid the shipping costs for the second shipment in advance.
